- One-time top-up purchasers: Account data and report history are retained for as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months with no remaining report balance, we may delete or anonymize your data after providing notice.
- Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable financial regulations and Paddle's data retention policies.
