What is the difference between the plans?
The plans differ by research volume, not by report depth. Every paid plan gives you the same full report:
- Starter — 10 reports per month. Best for investors checking a small shortlist or doing occasional research.
- Growth — 30 reports per month + report refreshes. Best for active buyers, analysts, and investors comparing multiple markets.
- Pro — 70 reports per month + report refreshes. Best for teams, agencies, and portfolio investors with high research volume.
All plans include: AirRenda Score, nightly rate data, investment risk signals, estimated monthly revenue, property type analysis, PDF downloads, and full dashboard access with city and country filters.
You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time from your dashboard settings.
